Caselen Elektronik ("we", "our", or "us") develops and operates the mobile application DuelX - Rekabetçi Kelime Oyunu (Bundle ID: com.kelimeduellosu.app), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our application.

By using DuelX, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

1. Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address (for registered accounts)
• Username and display name
• If you choose to play as a guest, we create an anonymous account — no email or personal information is required.

2. Gameplay Data

We automatically collect gameplay-related data, including:

• Game statistics (wins, losses, points)
• In-game currency balance (Sozluk) and item inventory
• Match history and game archives
• Friends list and friend requests
• Avatar configuration

3. Device and Usage Information

• Device type and operating system version
• Unique device identifiers
• App usage patterns and interaction data

4. Advertising Information

Our app may display rewarded advertisements (e.g., watch an ad to earn energy). Third-party ad networks may collect advertising identifiers and usage data in accordance with their own privacy policies. With your permission (via the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt), these identifiers may be used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies for personalized advertising purposes. You can revoke this permission at any time from your device's Settings.

5. Subscription and Purchase Information

When you purchase a subscription or in-app item, we receive a transaction identifier and product identifier from Apple or Google to verify and grant your purchase. We do not collect or store your payment card or billing information — these are handled exclusively by Apple and Google.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide the Service: Authenticate your account, enable multiplayer matchmaking, manage game state, and synchronize your progress across sessions.
• Game Features: Maintain leaderboards, friend lists, energy systems, and in-game economy.
• Improve the App: Analyze usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, and optimize performance.
• Display Advertisements: Show rewarded ads where applicable.
• Security: Prevent fraud, abuse, and enforce rate limits.

Data Storage and Security

Your account data and game history are stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore and Authentication). Real-time game data is processed in-memory on our servers and is not permanently stored after match completion — only game results and statistics are archived.

All communications between the app and our servers are encrypted. We use Firebase token-based authentication and server-side rate limiting to protect against unauthorized access and abuse.

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Third-Party Services

Our application uses the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase: Authentication, data storage, and cloud infrastructure. Firebase Privacy Policy
• Google AdMob: Rewarded advertisement delivery. Google Privacy Policy
• Apple App Store / Google Play (In-App Purchases): Subscription and one-time purchases are processed by Apple and Google. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Refer to Apple's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your payment information.

These services may collect and process data according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their respective policies.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data in the following cases:

• Other Players: Your username, avatar, and game statistics are visible to other players through leaderboards, friend lists, and during matches.
• Service Providers: With third-party services that help us operate the app (e.g., Firebase, ad networks).
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.

Subscriptions

DuelX offers auto-renewable Premium subscriptions (monthly and yearly). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your account settings on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

Subscription data (status, expiration date, product identifier) is stored securely on our servers via Firebase to grant you Premium benefits across devices. We do not store your payment method or billing details — these are handled exclusively by Apple and Google.

By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to the Apple Standard EULA (for iOS users) and the relevant terms of the Google Play Store (for Android users).

Children's Privacy

DuelX is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email address below so that we can take appropriate action to delete such information.

Data Retention

We retain your account data and game statistics for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, you can do so directly from the Settings screen within the app, or by contacting us at info@caselen.com. Real-time game data is ephemeral and is automatically removed from our servers shortly after each match ends.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data (available directly in the app's Settings screen)
• Opt out of personalized advertising
• Withdraw consent at any time
